All Condos and The Lake House are Non-Smoking. If your guests choose to smoke, there will be an a minimum charge of $50 for additional cleaning. This is for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.
No fish in refrigerator and/or coolers in the condos. Put coolers on patios or balconies.
